Join a dynamic team as an Administrative Assistant I supporting business operations in a high-volume licensing environment. This temporary position (approximately 6 months) offers the opportunity to provide essential front office and administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional service to customers and applicants.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

What you'll do:

Answer and direct calls related to licensing and renewals.

Respond to email and voicemail inquiries promptly and effectively.

Assist customers with portal navigation, troubleshooting account issues and payments.

Handle data entry, administrative tasks, and provide cross-functional support as needed.

Escalate complex issues to other staff when necessary.
