Description We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas in a contract capacity with the potential for a permanent position. This role supports essential human resources operations while helping create a well-organized, responsive, and positive experience for employees across the organization. The position will contribute across onboarding, records administration, benefits support, payroll coordination, and bilingual HR communication in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage the employee onboarding process by preparing materials, guiding new employees through required steps, and helping ensure a consistent and welcoming start to employment.

Maintain organized and confidential personnel files while updating employment records, status changes, and other documentation in accordance with applicable regulations.

Respond to employee questions regarding HR forms, employment verification requests, and routine policy or process matters with professionalism and discretion.

Support benefits administration by assisting with enrollments, coverage changes, open enrollment activities, and follow-up with insurance carriers when issues arise.

Prepare and review payroll-related information, including time records, attendance details, and pay updates, to help ensure accurate and timely processing.

Work closely with payroll and finance partners to investigate discrepancies, resolve data issues, and support compliance with internal and external requirements.

Help develop, revise, and maintain job descriptions, employee handbook content, workplace policies, and procedural documents to keep HR resources current and consistent.

Provide bilingual HR communication in English and Spanish, including employee support and translation of HR materials, announcements, and policy-related documents.

Contribute to a positive employee experience by supporting day-to-day HR administration and helping address workforce needs in a diverse, fast-paced setting. Requirements - At least 3 years of experience in human resources, including hands-on work in generalist, coordinator, or HR administration functions.

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish with the ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written formats.

Working knowledge of employee onboarding, personnel documentation, benefits support, and payroll coordination.

Familiarity with HR compliance practices and the handling of confidential employee information with a high degree of professionalism.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately in a deadline-driven environment.

Effective interpersonal and customer service skills, with a practical approach to supporting employees and resolving routine HR matters.

Experience using HRIS platforms; exposure to payroll systems is preferred.

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. TalentMatch®
