You will be the Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor - Level 3 for the Pinellas F-16/F-35 Assembly team

What You Will Be Doing

As the Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for planning daily activities, sequencing, and assigning work to support business goals and targets across multiple COE Assembly Work Areas.

Your responsibilities will include:

Lead a team of approximately 20 employees with a focus on rate assembly operations.

Motivate improvement, drive corrective actions, identify risk-mitigation actions, and solve complex problems across programs such as F-35, F-16, and F-22.

Embrace Full Spectrum Leadership to develop, support, and empower teams, encouraging ownership throughout the organization.

Cultivate program performance on quality, cost, and schedule metrics.

Coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution of assembly work.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience with tools and drilling, fastener installation and systems typically used in a production/manufacturing environment.

Managing business metrics to drive performance (Quality, Schedule, and Cost).
Working knowledge of crew planning, line balancing, and project management.
Experience with Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, and Power BI)

Desired Skills:
Previous leadership experience
Experience with tools and processes involving large assembly fixtures, drilling, fastening including complex assemblies and systems
Experience in manufacturing/productions methodologies relating to structural and mechanical assemblies.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience with Solumina, SFM, and/or SAP systems.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing concepts and application.
Degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
