Pay Rate: $19.31 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Fri03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Sat03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, community policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification, credentials, and/or visitor information, and document arrivals, departures, and other security-related activity in accordance with location protocols.

Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues to property management, first responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership when needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access, observe unusual activity, and report maintenance, lighting, and/or security-related concerns.

Communicate professionally with residents, guests, and staff while supporting vehicle and pedestrian traffic flow, directing visitors, and helping to maintain an orderly access process at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
