Administrative Coordinator - Manufacturing

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time

Location: Coral Springs, FL

We're seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator with a manufacturing experience to support our daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who understands a machine shop environment, can communicate effectively with customers, and can help ensure parts and work orders move efficiently through production.

The right candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working with both office staff and shop personnel.

Responsibilities

Receive and process customer orders and requests

Communicate with customers regarding order status, lead times, and product information

Coordinate and distribute parts orders, work orders, and production documentation to the machine shop

Maintain accurate records of customer orders, inventory, and production schedules

Support scheduling and job tracking to help ensure on-time delivery

Answer phones, emails, and general customer inquiries

Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents

Assist with purchasing, filing, data entry, and general office duties

Work closely with production, management, and customers to resolve issues and maintain workflow

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing, machine shop, fabrication, or industrial experience required

Administrative, customer service, or order processing experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Experience with ERP/MRP systems is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
