Description

Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and assist clients

Manage mail, office supplies, filing systems, and scheduling

Prepare correspondence, emails, invoices, and reports

Support surveying and engineering project administration

Coordinate client communications and agency submissions

Assist with invoicing, accounts receivable, deposits, and bill payments

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
