Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This is a contract position suited for someone who is comfortable managing front-desk activities, handling incoming calls, and keeping administrative tasks organized. The ideal candidate brings strong coordination skills, accuracy in document and data handling, and a detail-oriented approach to supporting staff and visitors.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administrative activities to help the office run efficiently and maintain organized workflows.

Receive and direct incoming phone calls, providing courteous assistance and routing inquiries to the appropriate contacts.

Welcome visitors and support front-desk operations with a detail-oriented and responsive presence.

Enter, update, and maintain records with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Prepare, organize, and file documents so information is easy to access and up to date.

Assist with general office coordination, including scheduling support, communication follow-up, and routine administrative tasks. Requirements - Experience providing administrative support in an office or business environment.

Ability to manage inbound calls effectively and communicate clearly with internal and external contacts.

Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to accuracy and organization.

Comfortable performing receptionist and front-desk responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
