This Senior Project Manager role focuses on leading complex projects from inception to completion while delivering exceptional results for clients. Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional project management services across the full project lifecycle, from initial concept through completion and closeout.
Manage and oversee all aspects of assigned projects, including detailed planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and execution.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to align expectations, coordinate activities, and ensure project success.
Ensure all projects are completed on time, within approved budgets, and in accordance with defined quality standards and client requirements.
Provide clear leadership, direction, and guidance to project teams, empowering team members to perform at a high level and achieve project objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, actively engaging to understand their goals, objectives, and constraints.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by communicating project status, risks, and opportunities in a transparent and proactive manner.
Champion a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and belonging within project teams and across the broader organization.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to resolve issues, remove roadblocks, and maintain project momentum in a fast-paced environment.
Monitor project performance against key milestones and metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
Support and drive change management initiatives associated with projects, ensuring stakeholders adopt new processes and solutions effectively.
Promote innovation in project delivery by identifying and implementing process improvements, new tools, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with relevant construction processes, building codes, and organizational standards where applicable.
Utilize project management software and tools to track progress, manage documentation, and report on project status to stakeholders.
Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a similar discipline.
PMP certification or an equivalent project management certification.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably within the commercial real estate industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and support cross-functional project teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Outstanding organizational and time management abilities, including the capability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound, timely decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in project management software and tools for planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Master's degree in a related field such as Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a similar discipline.
Experience leading projects across multiple sectors, including office, retail, industrial, and healthcare environments.
Demonstrated experience in change management, including planning and executing change initiatives tied to project outcomes.
Experience driving innovation in project delivery, processes, or tools.
Knowledge of construction processes and building codes, particularly in commercial real estate or similar industries.
Ability to build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
Demonstrated commitment to fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive team culture.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
