Are you looking for an exciting Customer Service Role? Adecco's got it! We're recruiting for a professional level with a premier employer in Franklin, Wisconsin. If you're a motivated professional with background in the financial services arena or related field, it could be the perfect fit. Must have a minimum of 2 years of recent CALL CENTER CSR experience. We are a team of 25 service professionals supporting clients and field members. This role will start off as a 6-month contract, with the possibility of perm hire.

7:30am-4pm, 8am-4:30pm, or 8:30am-5pm

$23.00hr

JOB DESCRIPTION

-Support client and field members - primarily through call center operations - with issues related to the consumer website and mobile app. Those issues include, but are certainly not limited to login, registration, password, navigation, and content questions.

-Deliver a distinctive client experience in the most efficient manner possible

-Provide effective solutions to inquiries from clients and field members, taking ownership of calls and proactively addressing potential future issues to minimize repeat calls and unnecessary transfers

-Serves as a trusted advocate for our Financial Representatives and partners with them to meet the needs of our clients

-Educates clients and Financial Representatives on our client website and self-service capabilities

-Develops a professional relationship with our clients to improve brand dedication

-Exhibits skill in de-escalating servicing concerns

-Achieves efficiency standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service

-Handles phone and transactional responsibilities while maintaining a high level of confidential and personal information appropriately

-Ability to multi-task between phone and follow-up casework duties with the high degree of accuracy and quality

-Ability to work independently and with your team to consistently find opportunities to improve work progresses

-Researches and evaluates possible solutions using available resources

-Adheres to strict confidentiality and privacy standards

-Encourages change and adopts an environment where continuous improvement is encouraged from all employees

-Demonstrates a willingness to shift work priorities to meet the needs of the business and customer demand

-Find opportunities for improvement and be an advocate for delivering viable solutions/alternatives

-Ability to perform keyboarding/computer skills accurately and efficiently

Requirements:

Ability to multi-task and handle high volume of calls/case load with the greatest possible degree of accuracy.

Ability to navigate systems and applications to complete standard requests.

Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Achieves productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service

Critical Thinking/Problem Solving.

Handles phone and transactional responsibilities while maintaining a high level of confidential and personal information appropriately.

Ability to multi-task between phone and casework/transactional duties with a high degree of accuracy and quality.

Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401k plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the @type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
