About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished and highly driven Senior Sales Executive to join our expanding team, focused on delivering cutting-edge Intellectual Property (IP) solutions. You will manage a portfolio of high-value clients and drive new business acquisitions. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong track record in selling to senior stakeholders across corporate IP departments, law firms, and technology/software companies.
Responsibilities
Consistently achieve or exceed assigned new business quota by identifying, qualifying, and closing new opportunities within assigned territories and verticals.
Own and grow strategic relationships with sophisticated, high-spend customers, providing consultative support to ensure continued success and upsell opportunities.
Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with senior decision-makers, including General Counsel, Heads of IP, CTOs, and senior law firm partners.
Work closely with marketing, SDRs, and solutions teams to build robust pipelines and drive tailored, high-impact sales strategies.
Maintain deep understanding of industry trends within IP, software, and technology to inform customer conversations and identify new revenue streams.
Visit clients and prospects as required to build relationships and close deals.
Requirements
B2B sales experience in SaaS sales, preferably legal and or IP tech.
Proven ability to sell into senior-level stakeholders at corporations and law firms.
Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles and achieving quota targets.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with SDRs and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Experience in Intellectual Property, LegalTech, or Compliance sectors.
Existing network within corporate legal/IP departments or law firms.
Experience with AI and familiarity with LLM's and their use in a sales capacity is a plus

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $108,400 - $201,500. Total Target Cash Range: $166,800 - $309,700. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
If performed in Illinois, the base pay range is $113,800 - $211,500, the total target cash range is $175,100 - $325,200.If performed in Chicago, IL, the base pay range is $119,200 - $221,600, the total target cash range is $183,500 - $340,700.If performed in Ohio, the base pay range is $103,000 - $191,400, the total target cash range is $158,400 - $294,200.
