Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton-Cleveland/Beachwood is seeking candidates for the position of Front Service/Houseperson to join their team!

The Front Service/Houseperson will be responsible for helping to achieve ongoing guest satisfaction by maintaining the cleanliness and general appearance of public areas and corridors of the hotel during the overnight shifts. Overnight shifts - 11pm to 7am

Responds to guest requests in a prompt and courteous manner.

Stocks room attendant carts and supplies

Cleans furniture, elevators, glass etc., in public areas such as lobby, pool, public restrooms.

Tends laundering machines - to provide ample linen supplies for morning shift.

Assists with various housekeeping and maintenance duties as assigned by supervisor.

Assists with shuttle service (if applicable.)

What You Bring:

High School diploma or equivalent

2 Years Experience laundry or housekeeping

Hotel Experience a plus

Excellent Customer Service

Able to work overnight shift 11pm to 7am (and weekends and holidays)

Hotel brand Experience a plus

Valid Driver's License (if applicable)
