Our healthcare client is seeking a Junior HR Recruiter to join their team onsite Monday through Friday. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1+ years of HR experience who is looking to grow into full-cycle recruiting.

Source candidates through job boards, referrals, databases, and outreach

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings

Spend a significant amount of time calling and screening candidates.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers

Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process

Support full-cycle recruiting activities from sourcing through offer stage

Assist with onboarding tasks, including new hire paperwork and I-9 documentation

Help ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment regulations

Maintain accurate candidate and employee records

Support background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment steps

Provide a positive candidate experience and represent the company professionally

Use Microsoft Office and other HR/recruiting systems to track activity and reporting

Requirements

1+ years of HR experience

Interest in moving into full-cycle recruiting

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable with high-volume candidate outreach

Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to learn new systems and software quickly

Experience supporting onboarding, compliance, and I-9s

Strong multitasking and organizational skills

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
