What You'll Do:

As a Financial Service Professional you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our advisors and investors. Here's a glimpse of what your day-to-day will look like:

Your journey will begin with a training program, where you will receive extensive training on our clients, systems, and products.

Throughout this entire period, you will receive hands-on coaching and support as well as guided on-the-job

practice time.

Upon graduation from training, you will be onboarded to a team where together you serve as the first point of contact for our Advisors and their Investors, taking 25-30 inbound contacts daily, handling everything from simple account inquiries to supporting complex financial transactions.

Ideal candidates will have:

Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent education and experience.

Registration: Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) is a plus.

Experience: 0-2+ years in a client-facing, service-oriented role, ideally in a team-based environment.

100% remote --> Needs to sit in Ft Mill or Charlotte

In office first day to get equipment; can work out of office if they prefer

Fast-paced, team-oriented environment

High-volume inbound contact center (25-30 contacts/day)

Structured schedules between 8am-8pm EST, Monday-Friday: Shifts could be 4 day weeks, 10 hour days (4-10s) or 5 day weeks, 8 hour days. This will be assigned by business need.

12-month contract - potential to convert, but not guaranteed

10 YEAR BG & CREDIT INCLUDING ALL EMPLOYMENT AND HIGHEST LEVEL OF EDUCATION

CREDIT CHECK WILL FLAG FOR ANY BAD DEBT EXCEEDING 15K *

Compliance: MUST SCREEN AROUND THE FOLLOWING

MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE ALL EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATIONS (W2/paystub/IRS transcripts) FROM LAST 10 YEARS

MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF HIGHEST EDUCATION COMPLETED

MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE 2 VALID FORMS OF ID FOR I9 VERIFICATION

MUST BE ABLE TO COMMIT TO BACKGROUND CHECK (10 YEARS)

MUST BE ABLE TO COMMIT TO CREDIT CHECK (NOT EXCEEDING $15K IN DELINQUINT DEBT)

This is including but not limited to: accounts past due, excessive history of late payments, charge-offs, accounts in collections, accounts in collections with debt buyers or with an agency/attorney, credit card collections or charge offs, automobile collections or charge-offs, repossessions, foreclosures, bankruptcies, etc.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
