Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Rochester, New York. This Contract position is ideal for someone who communicates professionally, manages multiple priorities effectively, and provides dependable administrative support across a busy team. The role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy in handling information, and confidence using standard Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Coordinate calendars, arrange meetings, and schedule appointments to support smooth daily operations.

Prepare, format, and update documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and email communications using Microsoft Office tools.

Enter, review, and maintain data accurately within internal systems and records.

Support customer interactions by providing timely assistance through phone and email communication.

Place outbound calls as needed to confirm details, gather information, or follow up on pending matters.

Organize administrative materials and help ensure office tasks are completed on schedule. Requirements - Previous experience in an administrative support or office coordination role.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Accurate data entry skills with close attention to detail.

Ability to manage phone-based communication, including inbound and outbound calls.

Experience scheduling appointments and maintaining organized calendars.

Ability to handle multiple assignments while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. TalentMatch®
