Role Overview

We are seeking a warm, welcoming, and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our Food and Nutrition Services team.

This part-time position offers 24 hours per week with a flexible schedule , making it an excellent opportunity for someone seeking meaningful work, professional development, and work-life balance. As the face of our office, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression while supporting financial, administrative, and onboarding functions that help keep our operation running smoothly.

What You'll Do

Process invoices and assist with financial data entry and reporting activities.

Support cash handling procedures, reconciliations, deposits, and related documentation.

Maintain accurate records and ensure timely entry of operational and financial data.

Coordinate and assist with new hire onboarding, orientation, and employee paperwork.

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and candidates, creating a welcoming and professional office environment.

Provide administrative support to the management team and assist with special projects as needed.

What You Bring

Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Experience with data entry, invoice processing, cash handling, or related financial administrative work.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a friendly, hospitable, and professional demeanor.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
