Description

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Office Manager to work onsite and oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive, efficient workplace. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and has strong communication and administrative skills. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and leadership while supporting the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions

Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries

Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships

Maintain organized filing systems, records, and documentation

Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide exceptional customer service

Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and assist with event planning

Support onboarding activities and general employee administrative needs

Assist with basic reporting

Ensure the office environment remains professional, organized, and efficient

Coordinate facility maintenance and office repairs when necessary

Support management with special projects and operational initiatives

Requirements

3+ years of office management, administrative, executive assistant, or operations experience preferred

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Experience working with confidential information

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
