Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Manager
to lead our dynamic food service team. In this pivotal role, you will
oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer
experiences, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
Your leadership will drive team performance, streamline processes, and
foster a welcoming environment that encourages growth and excellence.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage a vibrant
restaurant setting, blending culinary expertise with outstanding
management skills to deliver memorable dining experiences.
Responsibilities \~ Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including
hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating team members to ensure
top-tier service delivery. \~ Oversee food preparation processes,
ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations across
all kitchen operations. \~ Manage inventory control by monitoring stock
levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize
profitability. \~ Operate POS systems such as SQUARE POS for accurate
cash handling, order processing, and sales reporting. \~ Ensure
compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols to uphold
health regulations and customer trust. \~ Coordinate shift schedules,
manage staffing levels, and oversee daily operations to maximize
efficiency during peak hours. \~ Support culinary activities including
cooking, food production, catering events, and banquet services as
needed. \~ Implement staff training programs focused on food handling,
customer service excellence, and operational procedures. \~ Maintain a
positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and
continuous improvement. \~ Handle customer inquiries or complaints
promptly to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty. Requirements: \~
Associate\'s Degree \~ 3 years of experience \~ Able to pass CORI
background check and drug test Shifts Available: 11:30 AM to 4 PM or 4PM
to 11:30 PM ** Veterans encourage to apply
