Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy hotel and resort location, where you will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. In this people-first role, you will support guests and staff through clear communication, teamwork, and integrity while bringing an agile, reliable, and innovative approach to every shift.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Sat07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Sun07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.

Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts when needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel property, including lobbies, hallways, parking areas, and perimeter locations, with working conditions that may vary by site.

Monitor access points, guest activity, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or unusual activity while maintaining a professional presence.

Support incident reporting, assist with directions and general assistance, and follow post orders related to hospitality operations, after-hours activity, and property rules.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

A guard card/license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
