Job Title: Industrial Welder

Job Description We are seeking a skilled Industrial Welder to perform high-quality fabrications on steel and aluminum components . Experience in MIG welding and blueprint reading is highly valued. Candidates with at least 6 months of similar experience or a weld program certification are preferred. Responsibilities

Weld aluminum, steel, and stainless-steel components using MIG and bench welding techniques.

Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and other technical documents.

Set up and assemble various machines or components for welding.

Grind welds and maintain company equipment and work areas in a clean, orderly manner.

Collaborate with team members and follow all safety rules and supervisor directions.

Essential Skills

6 months of similar experience or a Weld Program Certification from an accredited school.

Proficiency in MIG welding (aluminum, steel, and stainless steel).

Experience with blueprint reading and using measuring equipment like tape measures.

Knowledgeable in mechanical skills and basic computer use.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to lift 50 lbs and push up to 200 lbs .

Capability to work standing on a concrete floor for the majority of a shift.

Possession of a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Successful completion of a weld test and authorization to work in the U.S..

This is a Contract position based out of Sheffield, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $21.63/hr.
