As a Security Officer Parking Lot Patrol in Brooklyn, MD , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence that helps to reduce security-related incidents, and support staff, patients, and visitors with exceptional customer service and communication. In this role, you will contribute through teamwork, act with integrity, and bring a caring, reliable approach to every shift.

Pay Rate: $17.95 / Hour

Mon07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Tue07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Wed07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Thur07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.

Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the location, including entrances, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter zones, with attention to site-specific protocols.

Monitor access points and visitor activity to help support authorized entry, while following post orders and reporting concerns, hazards, and/or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with security-related presence throughout the location to help to deter unwanted activity and support an orderly environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
