Are you ready to join a dynamic team and play a crucial role in shaping the future of material handling? We are actively seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our rapidly growing team out of our Sugar Grove, IL location, serving Sugar Grove and customers in the surrounding communities. We are looking for someone that is proactive in finding new sales, and is hungry. This position is responsible for identifying, uncovering, creating and developing new and additional sales opportunities for the Material Handling products and services. They will work to develop opportunities with entirely new or existing customers that are not receiving coverage consistent with their potential. Position Responsibilities:

Operate and manage company sales territory to provide complete

coverage of assigned territory and accounts.

Develop solid working relationships with other company personnel and

all Wolter divisions and departments.

Cultivate and develop profitable business relationships with

customers.

Promote any and all opportunities for all products and services in

the Wolter portfolio and work closely with inside support staff from all departments.

Be creative in understanding how to utilize the tools and expertise

of others to promote specific aspects of the Wolter portfolio based on the opportunity at hand.

Maintain current customer information in companys computer database;

record all sales calls and mileage information.

Stay informed and trained on various services and products provided

by manufacturers we represent; attend schools when available.

Submit monthly forecasts and lost order reports to general manager.

Entertain customers as appropriate and be available outside of

normal business hours.

Attend trade shows as required.

Assist however possible in resolving any customer problems or

complaints.

Essential skills and experience:

Associates Degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent experience in

business to business sales, larger ticket consumer goods or motor vehicles.

Demonstrated ability to develop solid business relationships.

Demonstrated tangible track record of creating, maintaining, and

achieving long and short term personal as well as professional goals.

Must be able to implement and administer companys sales territory

management & coverage guidelines.

Must willingly participate in every opportunity to gain education on

Motive Power products or services ours and the competitions.

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

Strong computer proficiency.

Commitment to company vision and mission.

Valid drivers license with good driving record.
