As a Security Officer Top Secret Dispatch Clearance Required in King Of Prussia, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch professional at a dynamic aerospace and defense location, where you will help coordinate communications, monitor activity, and support timely responses to security-related concerns. Pay Rate: $28.58 / Hour

Tue03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Wed03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Thur03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Fri03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Sat03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by following site-specific procedures, handling incoming calls and radio traffic, and supporting security-related communications at the location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with on-site personnel and/or emergency responders as appropriate.

Monitor dispatch systems, cameras, alarms, and communication channels to help identify unusual activity and relay timely information to the appropriate contacts.

Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and dispatch records, documenting security-related events, service requests, and follow-up actions in accordance with site policies.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, while supporting a dynamic location where working environments and conditions may vary.

Minimum Requirements:

An active DoD Top Secret Clearance is required.

Comfort using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
