As a Security Officer Warehouse Access Control in Tolleson, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and support access awareness. This role offers the chance to deliver outstanding customer service and communication while working with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.

Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.

Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout production areas, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and report policy violations, maintenance concerns, or security-related issues to the appropriate personnel.

Support daily operations by observing for hazards, securing restricted areas when directed, and assisting with alarms, evacuations, and other security-related responses based on site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.

CPR certification is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR and First Aid experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
