Adecco is working with a manufacturing company in Brattleboro, VT that is looking to hire a Customer Success Manager to join their team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a company that designs and manufactures precision optical products used in life sciences, aerospace, defense, environmental monitoring, semiconductor manufacturing, and other advanced industries. Position: Customer Success Manager

Shift: Monday - Friday | Hybrid Schedule

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 hourly

Job Duties:

Manage and grow relationships with assigned customer accounts

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and provide exceptional customer service

Maintain accurate customer information, opportunities, and sales activity within CRM systems

Coordinate RFQ processes to ensure timely and accurate quote turnaround

Work closely with internal teams including engineering, operations, quality, and sales to support customer needs

Monitor customer orders from entry through delivery and proactively communicate updates

Coordinate customer visits, business reviews, and meetings with key stakeholders

Track bookings, revenue, forecasts, and account performance metrics

Assist with resolving customer concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction

Support continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required

Previous experience in customer service, account management, customer success, inside sales, or a related role preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams

Experience working with CRM systems required

ERP experience is a plus

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team

Pay Details: $21.00 to $27.00 per hour
