Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations and help create an efficient, welcoming workplace. This role will be responsible for coordinating facilities-related tasks, including ordering office supplies, arranging team lunches, and helping maintain office spaces, while also providing administrative support to multiple team members.

Key Responsibilities

Order and manage office supplies, snacks, and other workplace essentials to ensure the office is fully stocked and operating smoothly.

Coordinate team lunches, meetings, and other in-office events.

Help maintain office space, including conference rooms, common areas, and overall workplace organization.

Serve as a point of contact for office-related needs and help address facilities requests in a timely manner.

Provide calendar support for team members, including scheduling meetings and managing appointments.

Assist with preparing, submitting, and tracking expense reports.

Support general administrative tasks such as document preparation, data entry, and correspondence.

Partner with internal team members and vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

Qualifications

2+ years of administrative, office coordination, or related experience.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and calendaring tools such as Outlook.

Experience with expense reporting systems is preferred.

A customer-service mindset and a team-oriented approach.
