Are you passionate about helping others and creating exceptional customer experiences? We are seeking compassionate, professional, and service-oriented individuals to join our Guest Relations team as a Front Desk Administrator
In this highly visible role, you will be one of the first people patients, families, and visitors encounter upon entering the hospital. Your ability to provide a warm welcome, offer guidance, and support families during important moments will help create a positive and compassionate experience for everyone who walks through the door.

What You'll Do
Welcome and assist patients, families, and visitors
Manage visitor check-in and screening procedures
Verify visitor authorization using hospital systems
Create and issue visitor badges through the Visitor Management System
Provide wayfinding assistance throughout the facility
Answer questions and address visitor concerns professionally
De-escalate challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
Support an organized, secure, and positive visitor experience
Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure smooth daily operations
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
At least 1 year of administrative, clerical, reception, or customer service experience
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare, hospitality, front desk, reception, or guest services
Experience handling difficult conversations or conflict resolution
Familiarity with patient-facing environments
Passion for helping people and delivering exceptional service

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Weekend Availability: As needed
On-Call Support: May be required with advance notice

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
