Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift | Multi-Craft Maintenance

Are you a hands-on maintenance technician who enjoys troubleshooting complex equipment and keeping production running? We're looking for a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join our 2nd shift team and play a key role in supporting a busy manufacturing operation. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to expand their skills across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems while working with a wide variety of equipment.

What You'll Do

Troubleshoot and repair production equipment to minimize downtime.

Work on extrusion lines, mixers, conveyors, molding equipment, presses, and plant utilities.

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.

Read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.

Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs.

Partner with operations and production teams to keep equipment running safely and efficiently.

Participate in reliability improvements and continuous improvement projects.

Equipment You'll Work On

Injection molding presses

Rubber mixers and mixing lines

Extrusion equipment

Conveyors

Hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Water treatment and utility systems

PLC-controlled production equipment

Auxiliary manufacturing equipment

What We're Looking For

Industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing

Strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical and/or electrical)

Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly

Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, motors, drives, or PLCs is a plus

Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Work Environment

This is a 2nd shift position (approximately 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM) in a manufacturing facility. The environment is industrial, fast-paced, and focused on teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58406.40 - $70886.40/yr.
