Assembler I

We're looking for dependable, hands-on individuals to join our growing manufacturing team as an Assembler I . This is a great opportunity for anyone who enjoys working with small parts, takes pride in doing precise work, and wants to build products that make a real impact in medical, aerospace, defense, energy, and industrial fields.

No experience? No problem. We provide full training for motivated people who are ready to learn.

What You'll Do

Assemble precision components including small electronic parts, sensors, flexible circuits, and heaters

Follow detailed instructions to ensure accuracy and consistency

Use small hand tools to complete assembly tasks

Maintain strong focus and attention to detail during repetitive, hands-on work

Uphold quality and safety standards at every step

Ability to follow step-by-step instructions

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
