Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Customer Service Representative positions in Odessa, FL. Perks:

· Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 5:00PM

. Weekly paycheck

· Pay: $ 17.00

Responsibilities:

· Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email

. Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner

. Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues

. Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

Requirements:

· Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

. High school diploma or equivalent

. Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues

. Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
