Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Kelly is currently seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant in the Pennsauken, New Jersey area!

The schedule will typically be Monday - Friday, 8-12 for an average of 25 hours/week.

Primary Responsibilities:

Coordinate site visit logistics for customers, suppliers, or VIPs

Order and ship needed supplies.

Input raw material receipts into SAP

Work with supervisors to ensure timecards are being populated accurately

Answer the phone and door

Enter information resulting from maintenance work into PM system

Run the overtime reports

Run the document management system, ensuring documents are reviewed on the required frequency, updating as needed, and general upkeep of the document system.

Serve as the double check on shipping loads to ensure accuracy

Qualifications:

2+ years of administrative experience in a dynamic environment

Demonstrated ability to utilize computer software (systems used are Microsoft Office, intra/internet, etc.)

Professional and customer service-oriented demeanor

Demonstrated initiative and outstanding time management

Attention to detail is very important

Experience with SAP

Experience with document management system
