What's a typical day as Administrative Assistant I? You'll be:
Providing front desk coverage: answering phones, greeting visitors, and assisting applicants.
Handling clerical tasks including mail sorting/distribution, preparing correspondence, and filing paperwork.
Supporting financial processes such as SAP purchasing, accounts payables, and assisting with budget preparation.
Coordinating office supply orders and managing facility needs.
Assisting with HR-related tasks like hiring, payroll, and workers' compensation administration.
Preparing reports, memos, presentations, and supporting special projects.
Promoting a safe and efficient work environment through attention to safety and cost-saving practices.
Performing customer service duties and supporting general administrative functions as assigned.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a high school diploma or GED and at least three years of general office experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Are experienced with SAP software, AS/400, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Possess strong customer service and organizational skills.
Can @type at least 30 words per minute.
Demonstrate effective communication with a variety of individuals.
Are able to perform basic physical requirements such as sitting, hearing, typing, and occasionally lifting up to 10 lbs.
