What's a typical day as a Staff Accountant / GL Accountant? You'll be:

Preparing and reviewing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statements, reporting directly to the finance leadership team.

Managing reporting to leadership teams and supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.

Assisting with SOX testing, audits, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline with 2 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience.

Possess strong financial/operational systems knowledge, with GL, service, or cost accounting experience being desirable.

Demonstrate excellent time management skills and a strong customer service orientation, with the ability to work without direct supervision and manage multiple tasks effectively.
