The Senior Project Manager leads complex, multidisciplinary projects from initiation through completion, ensuring successful delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and operational excellence. The Senior Project Manager acts as a strategic leader with strong communication skills, a proven track record of project success, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, particularly within commercial real estate and related sectors.
Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all phases of project delivery, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring milestones, deadlines, and budget requirements are consistently achieved.
Define and control project scope, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to drive project success and maintain alignment with organizational goals.
Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
Monitor project performance and ensure all deliverables meet established quality and compliance standards.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders by understanding project objectives and ensuring expectations are clearly communicated and met.
Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices, innovative solutions, and effective project management methodologies.
Prepare and present project updates, status reports, and key metrics to leadership and stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
Coordinate resources across internal teams and external partners to optimize project execution and operational efficiency.
Support organizational change management and process improvement initiatives related to project delivery and execution.
Ensure adherence to relevant construction processes, facilities management practices, and applicable building standards and codes where required.
Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management certification.
Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, preferably managing complex, multidisciplinary projects in the commercial real estate industry.
Proven track record of successfully leading projects from concept or inception through completion while managing scope, budget, schedule, and resources.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence, guide, and collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to various audiences.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Demonstrated ability to drive stakeholder alignment and maintain high levels of client and partner satisfaction.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Master's degree in a related field.
Experience managing projects across multiple sectors, such as office, retail, industrial, healthcare, and other commercial environments.
Background in organizational change management and process improvement initiatives.
Knowledge of construction processes, facilities management, and applicable building standards and building codes.
Proficiency with project management software, scheduling tools, and reporting platforms.
Experience driving innovation in project delivery and implementing new methodologies or tools to improve outcomes.
Familiarity with commercial real estate operations and related project considerations.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
