About DTMB:

The Department of Technology, Management and Budget (https://youtu.be/H_IrVnVjcoA) supports the business operations of state agencies through a variety of services, including building management and maintenance, information technology, centralized contracting and procurement, budget and financial management, space planning and leasing, construction management, motor vehicle fleet operations, and oversight of the state retirement systems.

About this position:

The employee performs a full range of Laborer assignments. The employee uses a wide range of power tools and other equipment appropriate to the work. The employee provides customer service with courtesy, respect and attention to detail. This person will work cooperatively with staff and assure a customer service orientation by expressing a positive and helpful attitude with daily interaction on related subjects.

Vacation and Sick Leave:Eligible full-time employees receive between15 and 35 personal daysand 13 sick daysper year that may be rolled over to the following year if not used. Eligible employees also receive an additional day each year for community service or school functions.

Paid Parental Leave:Eligible employees can take 12 weeks of paid leaveimmediately after a birth or adoption to allow needed time together at home with a new child.

Paid Holidays:Eligible employees receive 13 or 14 paid holidays each year including New Year's Eve and Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, the Fourth of July, Labor Day, Election Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving Friday, Christmas Eve and Day.
