Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a government location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. In this people-first role, you will deliver strong customer service, clear communication, and dependable support while working with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Day Time

Tue03:15 PM - 09:15 PM

Sat01:00 PM - 06:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service at a government location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through proper channels when needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, grounds, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.

Monitor access points, observe visitor and staff activity, and/or report maintenance, operational, or security-related concerns according to post instructions.

Complete routine reports and communicate clearly with site contacts, supervisors, and/or emergency response personnel regarding incidents, observations, and daily activities.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
