Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

The Warehouse Worker operates material handling equipment, uses RF scanners to process packages, and supports daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves moving pallets with powered industrial trucks, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining accurate inventory while following safety and quality standards.

Essential Skills

High school diploma or GED.

Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.

Ability to lift up to 55 pounds consistently.

Experience using RF scanners in a warehouse or distribution environment.

Comfort working in a fast-paced warehouse or production setting.

Very basic computer skills to complete simple tasks.

Ability to operate or learn to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience operating a stand-up forklift.

Experience using an RF scan gun.

Previous experience in warehouse distribution or production environments.

Familiarity with packaging, wrapping, and inventory processes.

Ability to adapt to different shifts and training schedules as needed.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Worcester, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr.
