Registered Nurse (RN) - Specialty Pharmacy Care

Are you a compassionate, experienced RN looking to make a meaningful impact in specialty healthcare? Adecco Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to support patients receiving specialty drug therapies while providing education, clinical guidance, and ongoing care coordination.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned nursing professional who enjoys patient advocacy, education, and helping individuals achieve successful treatment outcomes.

Location: Cary, NC

Payrate: $35-$41/hr

Schedule

Training & Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

As a Specialty Pharmacy RN, you will:

Educate and counsel new and existing patients on specialty drug therapies

Discuss treatment plans, potential side effects, and available therapy alternatives

Support medication adherence and ongoing patient engagement

Ensure compliance with contracted requirements, accreditation standards, and drug-specific regulations

Maintain complete, accurate, and timely clinical documentation in accordance with industry standards and regulations

Verify specialty drug information and documentation

Identify and report Adverse Events (AEs) and Product Complaints (PCs) to manufacturers, the FDA, and other governing authorities

Serve as a trusted clinical resource for patients throughout their treatment journey

Qualifications

Associate Degree in Nursing, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, or Accredited Nursing Diploma

Required Experience & Licensure:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina

Multi-State Compact Nursing License required

Minimum 5 years of nursing experience

Strong patient education, communication, and documentation skills

Experience working within regulatory and compliance guidelines

Pay Details: $35.00 to $41.00 per hour
