Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers through a high-volume call center environment in Missouri. This Contract position focuses on delivering helpful, timely service, handling incoming inquiries, and entering orders accurately while maintaining a detail-oriented customer experience. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing both inbound and outbound communication and can stay organized in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries by phone with accuracy and a service-focused approach.

Handle a steady volume of incoming calls while providing clear information and resolving routine concerns.

Place outbound calls as needed to follow up on customer questions, order details, or service-related matters.

Enter customer orders into internal systems with close attention to completeness and accuracy.

Document interactions, updates, and outcomes to maintain reliable customer records.

Support issue resolution by coordinating next steps and escalating more complex matters when appropriate.

Maintain consistent communication standards while meeting productivity and quality expectations. Requirements - Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing support role.

Ability to manage inbound and outbound phone communication effectively.

Strong customer service skills with a calm and attentive phone manner.

Experience with order entry and accurate data input.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
