A multi-office regional law firm in Seattle is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant l to add to their team.

They take on a variety of commercial litigation matters, such as real estate litigation, business disputes, and contract disputes in both California and Washington courts. This position supports 3 attorneys across the Seattle and California offices.

The salary range for this role is 65-87k DOE with additional bonus earnings. They offer medical, dental, vision and life insurance, a 401k with 5% company match, PTO and sick time, all court holidays paid, paid parking space or transportation stipend reimbursement.

This role offers 1 day to work from home, after successful onboarding.

Requirements

Ideal candidates for the role will have:

3+ years of experience in civil litigation

Experience with California court and e-filing procedures

Experience with Washington court and e-filing procedures (can be trained)

Drafting basic motions and correspondence

Calendaring for multiple attorneys

Candidates must reside within the Greater Seattle area and be able to commute to the office.

Relocation is not provided but candidates with relocation plans from California to Seattle will be considered DOE.
