Job Description
This role involves working in a warehouse assembly environment to package and prepare products for shipment. You will perform assembly line tasks such as opening cases, inserting products into boxes, conducting visual inspections, labeling, and palletizing cases. You will also help prepare mixed case orders by picking and verifying products, while rotating through various positions on a manual line. Success in this role requires efficiency, flexibility, strong organization and attention to detail, as well as respectful communication with team members.

Responsibilities
Package and prepare products for shipment in a warehouse environment.
Work on an assembly line to open cases of product and insert items into boxes according to established procedures.
Perform visual inspections of products to ensure quality and accuracy before packaging.
Apply labels to products and cases accurately and consistently.
Place labeled cases onto pallets in an organized and secure manner.
Rotate through assigned positions on the manual line as part of a structured rotation system.
Prepare mixed case orders for shipment by picking products according to order requirements.
Verify picked products to ensure correct items and quantities are included in each order.
Maintain efficiency and productivity while performing repetitive manual tasks.
Demonstrate flexibility in taking on different tasks and positions as operational needs change.
Stay organized and pay close attention to detail to prevent errors in labeling, packaging, and order preparation.
Communicate respectfully and clearly with coworkers and supervisors to support smooth workflow and teamwork.
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while working around moving machinery and equipment.
Help maintain a clean and orderly work area in the warehouse assembly environment.
Essential Skills
Experience performing assembly or warehouse work involving manual tasks.
Strong manual dexterity to handle products, packaging materials, and equipment efficiently.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as opening cases, inserting products, and labeling with consistency.
Attention to detail to ensure accurate labeling, correct product placement, and proper order verification.
Capability to work effectively on a manual assembly line and within a rotation system of positions.
Organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently and maintain orderly work processes.
Ability to communicate respectfully and clearly with coworkers in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in refurbishing, rebuilding, or packaging products is beneficial.
Experience in warehouse or distribution center operations is an advantage.
Comfort working as part of a large team in a high-activity assembly environment.

Work Environment
This position is based in a warehouse assembly environment at a distribution facility in North Bend, WA. You will work alongside up to 100 associates in a high-activity setting focused on packaging, assembly, and order preparation. The schedule runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:40 p.m. The dress code is casual, allowing jeans and non-offensive T-shirts, while skirts and dresses are not permitted due to safety considerations around moving machinery. The work involves standing, moving along the line, and handling products and packaging materials throughout the shift, following safety procedures and guidelines at all times.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
