Administrative Assistant I (on-site)

Position Overview

Kelly is seeking a professional and customer-focused Administrative Assistant I to join our client's team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer and transfer incoming phone calls.

Process customer payments accurately.

Accept and review applications and required documentation.

Balance and maintain a cash drawer.

Schedule appointments and provide general administrative support.

Manage emails, calendars, and internal communication using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams.

Perform general office and data entry tasks while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

Previous administrative or office support experience preferred.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and basic computer applications.

Experience handling cash transactions and balancing a cash drawer.

Comfortable multitasking in a busy office environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Reliable, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality.
