As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Detail in Winston-Salem, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. Join Allied Universal at a premier resort location as an unarmed patrol officer in a driving post, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication to guests and staff. In this people-first role, you will bring agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity to every interaction while supporting a welcoming environment throughout the property.

Pay Rate: $15.81 / Hour

Fri09:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Sat09:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Sun09:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.

Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, guest-facing areas, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter locations, helping to deter unwanted activity.

Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas for unusual behavior, policy violations, and/or security-related concerns, and report observations according to post instructions.

Support hotel and resort operations by assisting with directions, wayfinding, and incident response while maintaining a professional presence in varying indoor and outdoor conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
