As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong communication and customer service. Pay Rate: $18.36 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Wed02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Fri02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with staff, visitors, and/or first responders as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy concerns according to site protocols.

Support access control activities and assist with documenting incidents, observations, and/or daily activity in accordance with Allied Universal and site guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
