Education And CredentialsCurrent NYS registration as a Registered Professional Nurse/RN Permit required upon hire and must be maintained thereafter. American Heart Association-Basic Life Support (BLS) within 6 months of Hire and must be maintained thereafter. ExperienceRN Surgical Services - One (1) year critical care/telemetry (within 3 years) experience preferred for PACU, Ambulatory Surgery Unit and Surgical Care Unit. Surgical Services OR experience preferred for RNs in the OR. 1st preference Operating Room experience, 2nd preference Labor & Delivery/C-section experience. RN Surgical Services PACU American Heart Association ACLS (All Sites) & American Academy of Pediatric or American Heart Association PALS for < 10 years of age or 38kg as applicable within 12 months from hire/transfer.
