This is an exciting opportunity to take the helm of a beloved dining destination, overseeing daily operations while inspiring a team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities: Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing front-of-house and back-of-house team Manage food cost, labor cost, and overall P&L to meet or exceed financial targets Maintain strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health code standards Drive sales growth through community engagement, marketing initiatives, and exceptional service Monitor inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to control costs and minimize waste Foster a positive team culture focused on accountability, recognition, and retention Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a top-tier dining experience Requirements: 2+ years of restaurant general management experience, preferably in a high-volume or buffet-style setting Proven track record of meeting financial goals including food cost and labor management Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety knowledge preferred Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Proficiency with restaurant management software and POS systems About Us:TA Corral, LLC operates Golden Corral in Cullman, AL, bringing guests the legendary buffet experience they know and love with an extensive spread of home-style favorites.
