Join Allied Universal at a busy hotel location where you will serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting guests, managing access, responding to questions, and supporting security-related awareness through professionalism and strong communication. Pay Rate: $16.10 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Mon11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Tue11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Sun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by greeting guests, visitors, and staff, assisting with front desk access procedures, and following site-specific security-related policies.

Monitor lobby and front desk activity, help to deter unauthorized access, and report unusual behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.

Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting emergency services and/or site leadership when appropriate.

Maintain accurate front desk logs, visitor records, and incident documentation, while communicating clearly with hotel staff regarding security-related matters and daily activity.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
