Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic chemical and petrochemical location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support access awareness through strong customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Mon03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Sat09:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public responders as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, operational areas, and perimeter locations to help identify potential hazards, unauthorized activity, and/or security-related concerns.

Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access, and follow post orders related to restricted areas, deliveries, and contractor movement.

Support incident reporting and daily activity documentation, noting maintenance issues, policy concerns, and/or emergency situations for follow-up by site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
