The Administrative Assistant will contribute to the organization's success by supporting all employee levels with tasks ranging from onboard support to system troubleshooting to meeting coordination. The successful candidate will primarily support the Siemens Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products Customer Support team, made up of ~140 personnel, but may support other Electrical Products organizations, as well. The Customer Support team members are primarily based in Peachtree Corners, GA, though some personnel reside elsewhere and will require remote support.

You will make an impact with the following responsibilities:

Completes assigned day-to-day tasks of different kinds for all levels of the Customer Support organization, from the Director to individual contributor.

Schedules, appointments and meetings and writes respective minutes and protocols.

Coordinates and establishes travel arrangements and reconciles of travel and expense

Plans and executions for meeting arrangements, including booking of rooms, ordering meals, purchasing supplies, etc.

Monitors information ?ow, including maintaining paper and electronic ?les.

Prepares presentations and reports upon request.

Provides onboarding support for new employees, including the ordering and setting up of laptops and associated technology as well as making appropriate introductions alongside the respective people's

Assists in integration of new office technologies and systems as appropriate.

May be asked to contribute to daily operational tasks of the Customer Support team

When This could include updating customer sales orders or running reports in SAP.

You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED.

3 plus years of experience as an administrative assistant.

Purchasing office materials and other needs for the organization and keeping expense reports and other ?nancial records clean and up to date.

Demonstrated ability with Microsoft Office 365 suite, primarily Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OneNote, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint and CoPilot.

Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

Solid professional judgment and problem-solving competencies.

Ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of work accurately and effectively.

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders of various professional levels and responsibilities.

Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating an ability to connect with people, and gain trust.

Discretion in the sharing of information only when appropriate.

Passion and aptitude for providing a wide range of support services including ?rst-level technical (computer hardware and software) support as well as personnel support(directing team members to appropriate internal resources).

Demonstrated ability with SAP and data analytics.

Understanding of the Siemens organization and key stakeholders.

The pay range for this position is $52,836 - $90,576. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
