Adecco Staffing is working with a precision manufacturing company in Merrimack, NH to hire Industrial Assemblers for 1st Shift. These are full-time, temp-to-hire opportunities offering steady hours, hands-on work, and long-term career growth.

Position: Industrial Assembler

Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Job Duties:

Assemble mechanical and industrial components according to work instructions and engineering drawings

Utilize hand tools, power tools, and assembly fixtures to complete assemblies

Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and production documentation

Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met

Verify parts, materials, and components before assembly

Perform basic testing and quality checks on finished products

Maintain accurate production and assembly records

Support continuous improvement and workplace organization initiatives

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Assist with additional production and assembly tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, automotive, construction, maintenance, or mechanical experience preferred

Ability to use hand and power tools safely

Ability to read a tape measure and follow detailed instructions

Blueprint reading experience is a plus

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
