Sourcing Specialist

As a CBRE Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for finding the most qualified and diverse candidates to join the company.

This job is a part of the Talent Acquisition functional area which focuses on the sourcing, recruiting, screening, and interviewing of talent for all job levels within the company.

What You'll Do:

Develop, manage, and administer recruitment programs and advertising.

Source from a variety of social media platforms and networks to identify top talent.

Support both internal/external sourcing and placement of candidates.

Assist with making recommendations for recruitment enhancements.

Educate managers and employees on staffing processes, regulatory compliance, and career planning.

Track staffing processes and recruiting efforts to ensure regulatory compliance.

Source for entry-level to Sr level roles. Assist with the recruitment of high-level and executive-level roles.

Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.

Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.

Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.

Work within broad guidelines and policies.

Explain difficult or sensitive information.

What You'll Need:

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.

Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sourcing Specialist position is $80,000 annually or $38.46 per hour, and the maximum salary for the Sourcing Specialist position is $85,000 annually or $40.86 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience
